HAND OF KIDNESS FROM NEW YORK TO KARS

A story of kindness from New York to Kars ...

Our proud high school student in New York, Lal Yatağan, is known for her social responsibility projects at a young age.
Lal developed the Bridge to East project this year with the Humans First Club, which he chaired.

With the income of the exhibition Lal has opened with his own paintings and photographs, support will be given to village schools and girls' dormitories in Selim and Susuz districts of Kars.

Lal talks about her relationship with Kars as follows: "My story started with my family roots, when I first stepped into Kars two years ago. Especially, I visited the school and girls' home that my grandfather had built in his village in Kars.

Education has always been a very important issue in our family. As a last generation, I wanted to see the city where our origins came from and contribute to what they did. "Stating that education was not in good condition in rural areas during her first visit in 2017, Lal continued as follows:" Although many schools were built by philanthropists. We observed that education was given in extremely negative conditions due to indifference. This exhibition, both my travels and the bond I established with Kars; and it is a document of our efforts to touch people as part of my family's journey. "

Bravo, Lal, you are the best example for young people!
